The Central MN Reentry Project is looking for staff to help provide assistance to inmates and offenders reentering the community. We are presently seeking resumes from any and all people who have a desire to work with prisoners and feel that they can help us pursue our mission. We have needs in the followings areas and will be hiring the person with the best mix of talents and abilities.

Some of the needs that we have identified are:

• Working with Potential Employers and Landlords.
• Working with Probation Officers.
• Maintaining databases of Potential Funders, Employers, Landlords, Volunteers, and Program Participants.
• Grant Writing & Fund Raising.
• A broad range of executive and general office abilities including,
     - Coordinating Meetings and Special Events.
     - Composing and typing error free letters, memos, & reports.
     - Taking minutes of meetings.

The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain confidentiality in communications and exercise tact, be friendly, reliable, and a self-starter. This job demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects under minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will understand and share the values of CMNRP as stated on the web site.

A minimum of 2 years of increasingly responsible work in a non-profit organization or a B.A. required.
